Doseuro is a producer of Metering Pumps that was established in the North of Italy in 1984. The product range includes Spring Return Metering Pumps, Positive Displacement Metering Pumps according to API Standard 675, Solenoid Pumps, Electric Mixers, Safety and Back Pressure Valves & Poly Units. In July 2018 Doseuro joined FPZ Group, a global leader in the fluid handling market.

Doseuro is a combination of two capabilities: the first is a solid technical knowledge, obtained during a multi-year experience in the dosing field, while the second is a commercial understanding of the changes in this field and sensitivity to our customers’ requirements. 

Doseuro chemical dosing pumps are available in three main versions. Plunger pumps with packed plungers, plunger/hydraulic diaphragms or mechanical diaphragms. High-pressure pumps are available too, upon request. The range also includes various driving methods, such as electric motor or electromagnetic solenoid operation. The company also manufactures complete dosing packages, electric mixers, and fully automatic plants for the dissolution and mixing of polyelectrolyte, both as powder and emulsion.

SR Series (type A, D, FM) features:

• The pump head is made from AISI 316 stainless steel or PVC ;
• The standard motor is connected vertically disposed flange B- 14 gear, in accordance with the specification UNEL-MEC;
• Pump capacity is adjusted by micrometer knob, which runs the length of the stroke;
• Optional flow control can be performed by the servo (4-20 mA), or by using an actuator (a pressure in the range of 0.2 -1.0 bar);
• Pump housing made of cast aluminum, protected with epoxy paint antacid
• Degree of protection: IP55;
• Ability to manufacture explosion-proof (ATEX);
• Ability to layout multiple dosing with one motor. Each dispenser can be controlled independently from the other as during operation, and in the idle mode.

PDP Series features:

• Pumps are manufactured in accordancewithAPI675; 
• The pump head316is made of steel or PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Available on request: Hastelloy, Alloy, PTFE, PVDF, PP.
• Maximum temperature of the fluid:90° C for a head made of stainless steel and 40°C – for a handmade of PVC.
• The plungers can be made of SS 316 or ceramics.
• Adjust the stroke length: manually, electrically (for servo motor4-20 mA), a pneumatic motor.

SDP Series features:

• The pump head may be made ofPP, PVDFor stainless steel SS 316; 
• Outdoor vertical installation; 
• The pump housing is made from reinforced polypropylene.

SPRING RETURN PLUNGER PUMP – TYPE А

Plunger pumps type “A” specially designed for accurate and continuous dosing over a wide capacity range. A type of pump design provides a high degree of accuracy and reproducibility of the results in accordance with the requirements in the field of water treatment and oil and gas industry. Pumps prepared in accordance with standard CE

Technical features:

• Plunger metering pumps are suitable in case that: 
  • The dosed liquid is a non-abrasive solution 
  • A drip-proof system is not essential 
  • High pressure is required
• Each pump is fitted with a standard gearbox reduction system and with a vertical mounted B14 shaped electric motor in accordance with UNEL-MEC specifications. 
• The motor power range is from 0.18 Kw up to 0.75 KW as the European standard: 3 phase voltages of 230/400V @ 50/60Hz, 4 pole and 1 phase voltages of 230/50-60 Hz or 110/60 Hz. 
• As motors conform to UNEL-MEC specifications, there are many available alternative options, including different voltages, insulation classes and special explosion proof versions. 
• The reduction gearbox is of a standard endless screw plus worm-wheel type, supported by bearings, fully lubricated in an oil-bath. 
• The mechanism for variation of the stroke length is a positive fore-stroke, spring return type, that is operated by an eccentric

 

SPRING RETURN MECHANICAL DIAPHRAGM PUMP – TYPE D

Mechanical Diaphragm pumps are suitable in case that: 

• The dosed liquid contains small amounts of suspended solids 
• The dosed liquid is a toxic solution 
• A drip proof/air tight application is required
• High pressure is not required

Technical features

• Each pump is fitted with a standard gearbox reduction system and with a vertical mounted B14 shaped electric motor in accordance with UNEL-MEC specifications.
• The motor power range is from 0.18 Kw up to 0.37 KW as the European standard: 3 phase voltages of 230/400V @ 50/60Hz, 4 pole and 1 phase voltages of 230/50/60 Hz or 110/60 Hz.
• As motors conform to UNEL-MEC specifications, there are many available alternative options, including different voltages, insulation classes and special explosion proof versions.
• The reduction gearbox is of a standard endless screw plus worm-wheel type, supported by bearings, fully lubricated in an oil-bath.
• The mechanism for the variation of the stroke length is a positive fore-stroke, spring return type, that is operated by an eccentric.

SPRING RETURN MECHANICAL DIAPHRAGM PUMP – TYPE FM

Mechanical Diaphragm pumps are suitable for the applications in which:

• the dosed liquid contains small amounts of particles in suspension
• the dosed liquid contains toxic solutions
• a drip proof/air tight application is required
• high pressures are not required

Technical features

• Each pump is built with a standard gearbox reduction system and a vertically mounted B14 shaped electric motor in compliance with UNEL-MEC specifications. 
• Motors power is usually 0,09 Kw with 4 poles: 3-phase 230/400 Volts 50/60 Hz, and single phase 230V/50 Hz or 110V/60 Hz. 
• As the motors comply to UNEL-MEC specifications, there are many available options with different voltages, frequencies and insulation classes, whereas explosion proof versions are not allowed. 
• The reduction gearbox is of a standard endless screw plus worm-wheel type, supported by bearings, fully lubricated in an oil-bath. 
• The mechanism for the variation of the stroke length is a positive fore-stroke, spring return type, that is operated by an eccentric; this makes the diaphragm move forward (discharging phase) for all the stroke

POSITIVE RETURN PLUNGER PUMP – TYPE PDP

PDP series positive displacement plunger dosing pump are manufactured according to API standard 675. 

Multiplex drive units with different performances can be coupled between them, independently from the size and stroke number. Stroke adjustment: can be carried with the pump at rest or in operation.  

Technical features

• The pump head is made of AISI 316 stainless steel or PVC (possibly also HASTELLOY, ALLOY, PTFE, PVDF, PP depending on the dosage of fluid) 
• Piston gaskets are of the lip type design and are available in a wide range of materials (FPM, EPDM, SILICONE, ADIPRENE).
• Stroke adjustment can be carried out:
  • Manual: by a linear micrometer screw.
  • Electrical: by servo motor with 4-20 mA signal or upon request interface PROFIBUS or other BUS
  • Pneumatic: by pneumatic servo control with signal from 3 to 15 PSI.) 
• Ability to manufacture explosion proof (ATEX).
