XQP Series Variable Frequency Drive Booster Pump System is a vertical VFD booster pump system by Dooch (South Korea, est. 1996).

Operating range: flow rate up to 1440 m³/h, head up to 245 m, motor power 0.75–22 (1–30 HP) kW, working pressure up to 25 bar. How does the XQP control and save energy?
Each pump is controlled by its own VFD (multi-master) to hold a stable discharge pressure to actual demand instead of constant on/off cycling — saving energy, running quietly, alternating pumps to extend their life, and reducing pressure tanks and electrical panels. The system has dry-run protection, anti-freeze and auto-recovery after a power outage.
What specifications should be used to select the XQP size?

How does XQP differ from NSQP and NSQ?
XQP and NSQP share the same system scale — up to 6 pumps, flow up to 1,440 m³/h, 7" touch panel, 2 pressure transmitters — differing in the inverter: XQP uses XQ-Drive (3.5" graphic display and EMC filter/DC reactor built directly into the drive), while NSQP uses NSQ-Drive (FND display, optional external EMC filter). NSQ is the smaller-scale version — 3.5" display, limited to 3 pumps, flow up to 720 m³/h.
Why choose XQP over NSQP?
XQP suits sites that need better electromagnetic-interference suppression directly at the inverter — XQ-Drive integrates an EMC filter per IEC 61800-3 and a DC reactor without needing a separate external filter, as some NSQ-Drive configurations require. Beyond this, the two lines are comparable in flow/head scale, so the choice also depends on budget and specific technical requirements — TKT advises on a per-site basis.
What material is the base pump in the XQP system made of?
The base pump is Dooch's XR(L) vertical multistage centrifugal line — the XR version has a cast-iron body, the XRL version a stainless-steel body — coupled directly to a standard IEC motor via a shaft coupling. Depending on fluid properties and site requirements, TKT advises on selecting the appropriate cast-iron or stainless-steel version.
What certifications does XQP hold? Does it really hold a 90% share of Korea's public-procurement market?
Dooch operates under the KS Q ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, holds CE certification for its drives/pumps/controllers (2016), and holds NEP certification (New Excellent Product, South Korea). Dooch's booster pump line — including XQP — has been awarded an Excellent Product Certification by South Korea's Public Procurement Service (PPS) (certificate no. 2021055, valid 2021–2024) and is registered on KONEPS, South Korea's electronic public-procurement system. Hệ Thống Bơm Tăng Áp Biến Tần XQP Series là gì?

Hệ Thống Bơm Tăng Áp Biến Tần XQP Series là hệ tăng áp trục đứng dạng individual inverter của Dooch (Hàn Quốc, thành lập 1996 tại Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do) — mỗi bơm trong cụm lắp một biến tần bơm riêng XQ-Drive do Dooch tự phát triển, vận hành theo nguyên lý multi-master để cùng giữ áp xả ổn định theo nhu cầu thực tế. XQP có tủ điều khiển màn hình LCD cảm ứng màu 7″, kết nối tới 6 pumps song song cùng 2 cảm biến áp suất (pressure transmitter) tăng độ tin cậy — cùng quy mô hệ thống với NSQP nhưng dùng biến tần đời cao hơn.

Biến tần XQ-Drive — điểm khác biệt của XQP

XQ-Drive là biến tần chuyên dụng cho bơm, ngõ vào/ra 3 pha 380–440V, cấp bảo vệ IP55, truyền thông RS-485, tích hợp sẵn màn hình LCD đồ hoạ 3,5″ ngay trên biến tần cùng bộ lọc EMC (theo IEC 61800-3) và cuộn kháng DC (DC reactor) tích hợp sẵn — hạn chế nhiễu điện từ và sóng hài dòng điện mà không cần lắp thêm bộ lọc rời như một số cấu hình NSQ-Drive. Đây là điểm khác biệt phần cứng chính giữa XQP và NSQP, vốn dùng biến tần NSQ-Drive với màn hình FND đơn giản hơn và bộ lọc EMC ngoài tuỳ chọn. Biến tần hoạt động trong dải nhiệt độ môi trường -10~+40°C, nhận tín hiệu cảm biến áp suất chuẩn 4–20mA — phù hợp lắp trong phòng kỹ thuật hoặc tủ điện thông thường không cần điều hoà riêng.

Theo dữ liệu công bố từ Dooch: lưu lượng tối đa 1.440 m³/h, cột áp tối đa 245 m (50Hz) / 249 m (60Hz), áp suất làm việc tới 25 bar, dải công suất motor 0,75–22 kW (1–30 HP), tần số 50/60Hz. Tủ điều khiển dùng màn hình LCD cảm ứng màu 7″, hệ hỗ trợ kết nối tối đa 6 bơm chạy song song cùng 2 cảm biến áp suất — tương đương NSQP về quy mô lưu lượng/cột áp. Bơm nền dùng trong cụm là dòng ly tâm trục đứng đa tầng cánh XR(L) (thân gang hoặc inox tuỳ phiên bản), ghép nối động cơ chuẩn IEC qua khớp nối trục, mỗi bơm-biến tần XQ-Drive tạo thành một khối building-block độc lập trước khi kết hợp thành cụm.
