Maximum discharge pressure is approximately equal to supply air pressure at a 1:1 ratio (typically up to ~8.6 bar). Flow rate varies by port size — from a few tens of l/min (1/4"–1" port) to approximately 1.040 l/min (3" port), with solids pass-through up to ~12.7 mm. The pump operates on compressed air at ~7 bar; air consumption (Nm³/min) increases with pump size and flow rate. Calculate the model's air consumption first, then select a compressor with sufficient capacity and flow — undersizing will reduce pump output.
