College/university graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Inventor. Fluid mechanics knowledge is a significant advantage. Able to read and understand technical documents in English.

Tốt nghiệp Quản trị Nhân sự, Kinh tế – Luật, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan. Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng Sales/nhân sự khối kinh doanh kỹ thuật, thiết bị công nghiệp, B2B. Am hiểu thị trường lao động và các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả. Có kinh nghiệm BHXH, BHYT, phúc lợi, báo cáo lao động định kỳ và xây dựng quy trình nội bộ.
