Tỷ lệ chất rắn, cỡ hạt và độ mài mòn của mẫu bùn quyết định cấu hình cuối cùng.
Cánh và vỏ bơm bùn mòn nhanh — khắc phục thế nào?
Mòn sớm thường do sai vật liệu hoặc bơm chạy lệch điểm làm việc. Giải pháp: dùng vật liệu chống mài mòn (gang crôm cao, lót cao su) đúng với cỡ hạt và độ pH của bùn, chọn bơm chạy đúng vùng hiệu suất và giảm tốc độ cánh khi có thể. Phụ tùng mòn (wear parts) nên có sẵn kho để thay theo chu kỳ thay vì chờ hỏng.
Bơm hay tắc do xơ sợi, rác lớn trong bùn?
Bơm ly tâm cánh kín dễ tắc với xơ sợi dài và rác lớn. Với dòng bùn nhiều tạp, ưu tiên bơm màng flap-valve (van bản lề cho hạt rắn đi qua tới 4″), bơm chìm nạo vét có máy khuấy, hoặc cánh bơm dạng vortex/không tắc. Lắp lược rác thô ở đầu hút giúp giảm đáng kể sự cố.
Bùn đặc, NPSH thấp gây cavitation — xử lý ra sao?
Bùn đặc có độ nhớt cao làm tổn thất đầu hút tăng mạnh, NPSH khả dụng giảm. Cách xử lý: đặt bơm thấp hơn mức bùn (flooded suction), dùng bơm chìm bơm trực tiếp trong hố, rút ngắn và phóng to đường hút, hoặc giảm tốc độ bơm. NPSH cần được tính trên mẫu bùn thực tế, không dùng thông số của nước sạch.
Có phân tích mẫu bùn trước khi chọn bơm không?
