Corrosive chemicals
Transfer of corrosive acids, alkalis and solvents. Sealless magnetic-drive design — no mechanical seal, eliminating leakage and vapor emission of hazardous chemicals.
Electroplating & surface finishing
Recirculation, filtration and transfer of plating solutions (nickel, chrome, acid). The ETFE-lined UltraChem UC line and Penguin filtration systems are dedicated to plating tanks.
Wastewater treatment
Chemical dosing, inter-tank transfer and neutralizing-solution pumping. The sealless DB/SP lines are durable with water-treatment chemicals.
High viscosity & drums
Draw from drums/IBC totes of plastics, glue, resin and oil. The HVDP screw drum-pump line handles viscosities up to 100,000 cP.

Bơm màng khí nén Finish Thompson dòng FTI Air
Series FTI Air là bơm màng khí nén (AODD — air-operated double diaphragm) chính hãng của Finish Thompson, dùng khí nén dẫn động, không cần điện. Bơm self-priming, chạy khô an toàn, qua được hạt rắn and dừng an toàn khi bít đường đẩy (deadhead). Dải cổng 1/4″ đến 3″, thân kim loại (nhôm, 316SS) hoặc phi kim (PP, PVDF, PP dẫn điện), lưu lượng tới ~908 lpm, khí cấp tới 120 psi.
Đặc điểm & nguyên lý
- Dẫn động bằng compressed air (không điện) — phù hợp khu vực ẩm ướt và nguy cơ cháy nổ
- Tự mồi, chạy khô an toàn và dừng an toàn khi bít đường đẩy (deadhead) — bền khi vận hành thay đổi
- Qua được hạt rắn (tới ~12,7mm với FT30); lưu lượng điều chỉnh bằng áp khí
- Body metallic (nhôm/316SS) cho chuyển tải chung, hoặc phi kim (PP/PVDF/PP dẫn điện) cho hóa chất ăn mòn

Vật liệu thân: Kim loại: nhôm · 316SS · Phi kim: PP · PVDF · PP dẫn điện. Lựa chọn màng: Neoprene · Santoprene · FKM · EPDM · PTFE · Buna-N · Hytrel · PU. Khí cấp tới 120 psi (kim loại) / 100 psi (phi kim). Cột áp tối đa theo đường đặc tính áp khí. Gửi tên hóa chất + lưu lượng để kỹ sư TKT chọn đúng cỡ và vật liệu.
Typical applications
Phù hợp chuyển hóa chất ăn mòn, dung môi, sơn-mực-keo, bùn loãng và lưu chất có hạt rắn trong hóa chất, xử lý nước, sơn phủ, khai khoáng và thực phẩm: bản phi kim (PP/PVDF) cho axit-kiềm ăn mòn, bản kim loại (nhôm/316SS) cho dung môi và chuyển tải chung; màng PTFE cho hóa chất khắc nghiệt.
