PP plastic PF series (high-performance) — dual suction impeller

Finish Thompson PFP Drum Pump is the PP plastic variant of the PF series — a high-performance sealless drum pump with a double-suction impeller for high flow rates and high head. Flow rate up to 151 LPM (40 GPM), head up to 24 m (80 ft), viscosity up to 2000 cP, temperature up to 71°C; Ø2in tube 27–72in length. Suitable for transferring common chemicals from drums/IBC containers. Officially distributed in Vietnam by Thái Khương Pumps.

One pump tube — many motors

The Finish Thompson drum-pump tube detaches from the motor head, so one tube can be shared across several motor types depending on operating conditions and fluid properties.

  • Electric motor — Continuous operation, suited to fixed filling/dosing stations.
  • Battery motor (cordless) — Mobile and cordless — available by line/model.
  • Air motor — Infinitely variable speed, no electricity needed; safe for flammable fluids and handles high viscosity.

The cordless battery-motor option depends on the line/model — please confirm when requesting a quote.

How does the PFP differ from the PFV and PFS?
All belong to the PF series (high-performance, dual-impeller, Ø2in tube) but differ in material: PFP=PP (general chemicals), PFV=PVDF (higher chemical resistance), PFS=316SS (ATEX/FDA, high temperature). PFP is the economical choice when the fluid is compatible with PP.
What flow rate and head does the PFP achieve?
Thanks to the dual impeller, PFP achieves up to ~151 lpm (40 gpm) and head up to ~24 m (80 ft) — higher than conventional centrifugal drum pumps — handling viscosity up to 2000 cP.

PFP là bản nhựa PP của dòng PF — bơm thùng phuy sealless (không phốt) dùng cánh hút kép (double-suction) đặc trưng, cho phép đạt cả lưu lượng lớn và cột áp cao. Lưu lượng tới ~151 lpm (40 gpm), cột áp tới ~24 m (80 ft), độ nhớt tới 2000 cP, nhiệt độ tới 71°C; ống Ø2in dài 27–72in.

Đặc điểm & cấu tạo

  • Impeller hút kép — đạt lưu lượng và cột áp cao hơn bơm thùng phuy ly tâm thông thường.
  • Sealless (không phốt) — loại bỏ điểm rò rỉ của phớt cơ khí.
  • Materials PP — kinh tế cho hóa chất thông dụng (axit/kiềm loãng, dung dịch nước).
  • Dùng chung khung động cơ tháo rời (điện/khí nén) với dòng PF.
