Finish Thompson MF Series Chemical Filter Pump (filter pump) is a magnetic drive pump (mag-drive, sealless) assembly integrated with a CPVC filter chamber — genuine product distributed in Vietnam by TKT. The MF series comprises 4 models (MF-300/600/1200/2400), filtering capacity 550–3,600 GPH, used for recirculation filtration of electroplating bath solutions, anodizing, and corrosive chemicals. Is Finish Thompson available in stock in Vietnam?
Yes. Thai Khuong Pumps has been the official distributor of Finish Thompson, Inc. (FTI) in Vietnam since 06/2022. The HCMC warehouse keeps the common lines in stock (DB Series, SP, UC, drum pumps, FTI Air diaphragm pumps). Codes not in stock are ordered from the FTI factory (Erie, Pennsylvania, USA), with lead time depending on the line.
How does a Finish Thompson magnetic-drive pump differ from a conventional pump?
A sealless magnetic-drive pump uses no mechanical seal — the motor transmits torque through a magnetic coupling across a sealed containment shell. There is no leak point, making it safe for corrosive/toxic chemicals with no vapor emission. The DB/SP lines use NdFeB magnets and PP/PVDF materials rated to 104°C; the ETFE-lined UltraChem UC line is rated to 121°C (250°F) and 300 psi.
How long is the Finish Thompson warranty?
The DB/SP/MSDB/VKC lines and drum pumps: 5-year warranty against material/workmanship defects. The UltraChem UC/UCP line (ETFE-lined ANSI): 2 years. Condition: use genuine FTI spare parts. TKT VN confirms the specific terms in the quotation.
Does Finish Thompson offer ATEX certification for hazardous areas?
Yes (depending on the line and motor). The PFS/SFS drum pumps have their own ATEX certification with manual; FTI Air diaphragm pumps use intrinsically-safe air motors; mag-drive pumps have an ATEX option. FTI also holds CE, UKCA and EAC. Please specify the zone when requesting a quote so TKT can select the correct configuration.

Bơm lọc hóa chất (filter pump) dòng MF là gì?

Series MF là bơm lọc hóa chất — tiếng Anh gọi là filter pump — của Finish Thompson / Penguin (Filter Pump Industries, Hoa Kỳ), phân phối chính hãng tại Việt Nam bởi TKT. Đây là tổ hợp bơm dẫn động từ không phốt (mag-drive) ghép buồng lọc cartridge/túi, tuần hoàn và làm sạch dung dịch hóa chất ăn mòn liên tục mà không rò rỉ. Khác bơm hóa chất thường ở chỗ tích hợp lọc và thiết kế cho tuần hoàn bể.

Vì sao bể mạ và xử lý bề mặt cần filter pump?

Trong mạ điện (Niken, Crom, Kẽm, vàng, bạc), anodizing nhôm và xử lý bề mặt, cặn và hạt lơ lửng trong bể làm lớp mạ rỗ, mờ, bám kém. Bơm lọc tuần hoàn dung dịch qua buồng lọc giúp giữ bể sạch, lớp phủ sáng và đều, kéo dài tuổi thọ dung dịch. Buồng CPVC chịu axit/kiềm tới 82 °C, độ lọc xuống tới khoảng 0,5 µm theo cấu hình lõi lọc.

Dải công suất & cấu hình

Dòng MF gồm 4 model MF-300, MF-600, MF-1200 và MF-2400 với công suất lọc từ 550 đến 3.600 GPH (khoảng 2.082–13.626 LPH). Bơm phần mag-drive sealless không rò rỉ, phù hợp dung dịch ăn mòn; buồng lọc dùng lõi cartridge hoặc túi theo độ mịn yêu cầu. Chọn model theo thể tích bể và số vòng tuần hoàn/giờ ở tab “Các model”.
