Finish Thompson VKC Series Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pump is a sealless magnetic drive centrifugal pump series (no mechanical seal) from Finish Thompson (FTI, USA). The VKC series comprises 6 models with flow rate up to 5.7–12.6 m³/h, head up to 7.8–12.0 m, operating temperature up to 60.0°C. Wetted materials: PVDF, PP. Magnetic coupling eliminates seal leakage — safe for corrosive and hazardous chemicals. Officially distributed in Vietnam by Thái Khương Pumps.

Corrosive chemicals
Transfer of corrosive acids, alkalis and solvents. Sealless magnetic-drive design — no mechanical seal, eliminating leakage and vapor emission of hazardous chemicals.
Electroplating & surface finishing
Recirculation, filtration and transfer of plating solutions (nickel, chrome, acid). The ETFE-lined UltraChem UC line and Penguin filtration systems are dedicated to plating tanks.
Wastewater treatment
Chemical dosing, inter-tank transfer and neutralizing-solution pumping. The sealless DB/SP lines are durable with water-treatment chemicals.
High viscosity & drums
Draw from drums/IBC totes of plastics, glue, resin and oil. The HVDP screw drum-pump line handles viscosities up to 100,000 cP.

Bơm dẫn động từ Finish Thompson dòng VKC (trục đứng)
Series VKC là bơm dẫn động từ trục đứng đặt trong bồn/hố thu (in-tank/sump), một tầng cánh, cột kín khí (sáng chế Mỹ US 5,708,313) — không sục khí vào lưu chất. Lắp trong hoặc ngoài bồn, không cần làm kín đáy bồn. Seal-less PP/PVDF, tới 60°C; cột 12–60 inch.
Cấu tạo & nguyên lý hoạt động
- Trục đứng trong bồn/hố thu: thân bơm đặt chìm, không cần làm kín đáy bồn.
- Cột kín khí (US Patent 5,708,313) — không sục khí, không tạo bọt trong lưu chất.
- Seal-less mag-drive một tầng — không phốt, không rò rỉ qua trục.
- Column length 12–60 inch (bước 6 inch) theo độ sâu bồn.

- Lưu lượng nhỏ (~6 m³/h): VKC5.5 / VKC6.
- Cột áp cao hơn (~12 m): VKC6H (bản high-head).
- Lưu lượng lớn hơn (~9-13 m³/h): VKC7 / VKC8 / VKC10.
