Motor options
One pump tube — many motors
The Finish Thompson drum-pump tube detaches from the motor head, so one tube can be shared across several motor types depending on operating conditions and fluid properties.
- Electric motor — Continuous operation, suited to fixed filling/dosing stations.
- Battery motor (cordless) — Mobile and cordless — available by line/model.
- Air motor — Infinitely variable speed, no electricity needed; safe for flammable fluids and handles high viscosity.
The cordless battery-motor option depends on the line/model — please confirm when requesting a quote.

Corrosive chemicals
Transfer of corrosive acids, alkalis and solvents. Sealless magnetic-drive design — no mechanical seal, eliminating leakage and vapor emission of hazardous chemicals.
Electroplating & surface finishing
Recirculation, filtration and transfer of plating solutions (nickel, chrome, acid). The ETFE-lined UltraChem UC line and Penguin filtration systems are dedicated to plating tanks.
Wastewater treatment
Chemical dosing, inter-tank transfer and neutralizing-solution pumping. The sealless DB/SP lines are durable with water-treatment chemicals.
High viscosity & drums
Draw from drums/IBC totes of plastics, glue, resin and oil. The HVDP screw drum-pump line handles viscosities up to 100,000 cP.

Bơm thùng phuy Finish Thompson dòng EF (Economy)
Series EF là bơm thùng phuy không phớt (sealless) bản kinh tế, dùng để chuyển hóa chất từ thùng phuy/IBC, thay thế bơm tay thủ công. Lưu lượng tới ~64,4 lpm, cột áp ~6,1 m và độ nhớt tới ~300 cP, phù hợp các tác vụ sang chiết, chuyển dung dịch nhẹ với mức đầu tư hợp lý. Ống nhúng Ø1,25in, nhiều chiều dài từ 16 đến 54in cho nhiều cỡ thùng.
Đặc điểm & cấu tạo
- Design sealless (không phớt cơ khí) giảm rò rỉ và đơn giản bảo trì
- Động cơ gắn trên đầu, ống nhúng thẳng vào thùng phuy hoặc IBC
- Dip tube Ø1,25in, chọn dài 16 / 27 / 40 / 48 / 54 in theo cỡ thùng
