What is Aerzen's Performance³?
Performance³ refers to Aerzen owning all 3 core gas technologies: Roots blowers (PD blower), screw blowers/compressors and high-speed turbo blowers. This lets engineers choose the right technology for the right duty point (flow, pressure, load variation) to optimize energy and lifecycle cost.
Should I choose a Roots, screw or turbo blower?
The Delta Blower (Roots) is durable, has a wide capacity range and low capital cost — suited to most applications. The Delta Hybrid (screw) saves up to 30% energy, ideal when long-term operating efficiency matters. Aerzen Turbo offers the highest efficiency at large, stable base loads (high-capacity WWTPs). TKT advises based on the actual load profile.
