NSQ-DHM Horizontal VFD Booster Pump is a variable frequency drive (VFD) booster pump (single pump) by Dooch (South Korea, est. 1996).

Operating range: flow rate up to 26 m³/h, head up to 30 m, motor power 0.37–2.2 (0.5–3HP) kW — a compact singlestage centrifugal configuration with a single-phase power option. Each pump is controlled by its own individual VFD (multi-master) to maintain stable discharge pressure according to actual demand, saving energy and alternating operation to extend pump set service life.

How does the NSQ-DHM handle control and energy savings?
Each pump in the NSQ-DHM set is controlled by its own NSQ-Drive VFD (a "multi-master" setup per Dooch's own literature) rather than a single shared central drive — this keeps discharge pressure stable to actual demand instead of constant on/off cycling, saves energy, and lets the pumps alternate operation to reduce system wear. The setup also lets the system keep running if one pump fails.
What parameters should be used to select the NSQ-DHM?
You need to determine the required flow rate (m³/h) and head (m) at the point of use, the number of pumps in the set, the available power supply (3-phase or single-phase) and grid frequency (50Hz/60Hz). How does the NSQ-DHM differ from the NSQ-DHF(T)?
The NSQ-DHM uses a singlestage horizontal centrifugal pump — a simpler build, head up to 30 m at a flow rate of up to 26 m³/h, and a smaller motor power range (0.37–2.2 kW) — suited to smaller-scale boosting with a shorter discharge run, prioritizing a compact setup and lower upfront cost. The NSQ-DHF(T) uses a multistage pump, reaching a higher head (up to 68 m) at a flow rate of up to 29 m³/h, suited to projects that need to push water higher or farther — the NSQ-DHM is not the higher-flow variant between the two models.
What material and standards does the NSQ-DHM meet?
Per Dooch's own literature, the NSQ-DHM pump body is stainless steel. Dooch is a Korean manufacturer since 1996, holding company-level KS Q ISO 9001:2015, CE, WRAS and NEP certifications, and develops its own pump-dedicated VFD (NSQ-Drive) rather than using a generic industrial drive.
What should be considered when installing the NSQ-DHM?
Mount the pump on a flat, solid base; fit shut-off valves on both the suction and discharge sides so maintenance does not require draining the whole system. The NSQ-Drive control cabinet should be placed in a dry, ventilated location, away from direct sunlight and high humidity, to protect the electronic components' service life.
How is the NSQ-DHM maintained periodically?
