Vertical Submersible Pump VERTICAL

Vertical submersible pump is a vertical submersible pump for sumps and tanks, column length 0.4–6 m — with selectable closed, open, channel, or vortex impellers to match the fluid. Flow rate up to 1,400 m³/h (RBV channel-impeller variant), head up to 145 m (RDV closed-impeller variant). Free passage up to 150 mm. Suitable for wastewater, chemicals, water supply and drainage, and oil & gas.

Vertical Submersible Pump là bơm chìm trục đứng cho hố thu và bể chứa, chiều dài cột 0,4–6 m — chọn được cánh kín, hở, channel hoặc xoáy theo môi chất. How does the VERTICAL pump differ from the Cantilever pump?
Cantilever is one specific vertical pump design, with the bearing housing and seals always mounted fixed above the tank, limited to 13 sizes DN32–DN200. VERTICAL is a broader line — sharing the same submerged vertical-shaft principle but allowing any Salvatore Robuschi hydraulic impeller to be fitted (closed, open, channel, vortex) with 3 different lubrication configurations (execution A/B/E) and a customizable column length of 0.4–6 m, offering more flexibility in bearing bush material and installation configuration.
Which impeller — closed, open, channel, or vortex — should I choose for a VERTICAL pump?
Closed impeller (RDV/RNV): clean liquids requiring low NPSH. Open impeller (RGV): liquids with non-abrasive solids or gas, with an adjustable wearing plate. Multi-channel impeller (RBV): liquids with mildly abrasive solids, wider free passage than the open impeller, high efficiency. Vortex impeller (RCV): abrasive liquids including fibrous content, solids passage up to 90% of the discharge port diameter.
How deep can the VERTICAL pump be installed, and what flow/head range does it cover?
Pump column length is 0.4–6 m depending on sump/tank depth — this is the pump's column length, not a maximum submersion depth. Flow rate up to 1,400 m³/h (RBV channel-impeller variant), head up to 145 m (RDV closed-impeller variant). Free passage up to 150 mm depending on impeller type.
How do the 3 installation/lubrication configurations — execution A/B/E — differ?
Execution A: bearing bush lubricated by the pumped liquid itself — for clean liquids. Execution B: lubricated by an external flushing liquid — suited to dirty, abrasive, or sticky liquids. Execution E: lubricated inside the column — for strongly corrosive liquids containing solids.
What materials is the VERTICAL pump made of?
Standard: cast iron, AISI 316. On request: Superduplex, AISI 904L, and other alloys for strongly corrosive media. Bearing bush in bronze, special PTFE, or Vesconite depending on execution. Seals include grease-lubricated radial shaft seals, PTFE lip seals, or cartridge seals. The mounting plate is available in rectangular, circular, or customer-specified shapes.
What standards/certifications does the VERTICAL pump meet?
Complies with ISO 5199. ATEX versions are available for hazardous areas, along with CE and EAC certification depending on market requirements.
What about delivery, warranty, and maintenance for the VERTICAL pump?

Bơm trục đứng VERTICAL là gì?

Bơm ly tâm trục đứng VERTICAL (Salvatore Robuschi, Ý) lắp trên đỉnh hố thu hoặc bể chứa: động cơ đặt phía trên, trục kéo dài xuống bể, cánh bơm ngâm chìm ở đáy cột. Khác với Cantilever — thiết kế cụ thể, ổ trục/phớt cố định trên mặt bể, giới hạn 13 cỡ DN32–DN200 — VERTICAL là dòng rộng hơn, cho phép lắp bất kỳ cánh thủy lực nào của Salvatore Robuschi tùy môi chất bơm. Chiều dài cột bơm tùy chỉnh 0,4–6 m — đây là chiều dài cột bơm (bản đế tới cánh bơm), không phải độ ngâm nước tối đa.

4 kiểu cánh bơm — chọn theo môi chất bơm

VERTICAL lắp được 1 trong 4 kiểu cánh. Cánh kín (RDV/RNV) cho chất lỏng sạch, cần NPSH thấp — khác vật liệu chế tạo (RNV bản gang). Cánh hở (RGV) bơm được chất lỏng lẫn chất rắn không mài mòn hoặc khí, có tấm mòn điều chỉnh được. Cánh channel (RBV) chịu chất rắn hơi mài mòn, lối thông rộng hơn cánh hở, hiệu suất cao. Cánh xoáy (RCV) cho lối thông chất rắn tới 90% đường kính cổng xả, phù hợp chất lỏng mài mòn kể cả có sợi.

3 kiểu lắp đặt & bôi trơn (execution A/B/E)

Execution A — bôi trơn bằng chính chất lỏng bơm, dùng cho chất lỏng sạch; execution B — bôi trơn bằng chất lỏng xả từ nguồn ngoài, phù hợp chất lỏng bẩn, mài mòn hoặc dính; execution E — bôi trơn ngay trong cột bơm, dùng cho chất lỏng ăn mòn mạnh có lẫn chất rắn. Vật liệu bạc trục tương ứng: đồng, PTFE đặc biệt hoặc Vesconite, chọn theo mức độ mài mòn của môi chất.

Vật liệu, bản đế, phớt & chứng nhận

Standards Gang, AISI 316; theo yêu cầu Superduplex, AISI 904L và hợp kim khác. Bản đế chữ nhật, tròn hoặc theo bản vẽ khách hàng. Phớt: phớt trục hướng kính bôi trơn mỡ, phớt môi PTFE hoặc cartridge. Đạt chuẩn ISO 5199, có bản ATEX cho khu vực nguy cơ cháy nổ, cùng CE and EAC.
