Sinusoidal rotor pump CSF SN (CSF Inox, Italy) is a sanitary positive displacement pump delivering smooth, low-pulsation flow, gentle on shear-sensitive fluids and high-viscosity products. The SN series comprises 4 sizes (SN65/80/100/150), flow rate 0–100 m³/h, pressure up to 15 bar, for particles up to ~38 mm. Select the size by pipe diameter in the "Models" tab. Bơm rotor sin CSF SN là gì?
CSF SN là dòng bơm rotor sin (sinusoidal rotor pump) của CSF Inox S.p.A. (Ý), phân phối chính hãng tại Việt Nam bởi TKT. Cánh sin quay tạo các khoang thể tích cố định di chuyển đều từ cửa hút sang cửa đẩy, cho dòng chảy gần như liên tục, ít xung và lực cắt thấp — phù hợp sản phẩm vệ sinh nhạy cắt như kem, sữa chua, sản phẩm có ga hoặc có hạt.
Dải hoạt động & cỡ hạt
Dòng SN gồm 4 cỡ SN65, SN80, SN100 và SN150 phủ lưu lượng 0–100 m³/h và áp suất tới 15 bar (đạt ở điểm vận hành ~36 m³/h), độ nhớt xử lý từ 1 cP tới hàng triệu cP. Cỡ hạt cho qua tăng theo đường ống: SN65 tới 18 mm, SN80 tới 25 mm, SN100 tới 35 mm, SN150 khoảng 36–38 mm. Chọn cỡ theo đường ống và lưu lượng thực tế ở tab “Các model”.
Đặc điểm vệ sinh
Thân và rotor bằng thép không gỉ AISI 316L, vật liệu tiếp xúc đạt FDA; đấu nối vệ sinh DIN 11851, Tri-clamp, SMS, RJT, IDF tùy cấu hình. Kết cấu cho phép tháo nhanh, súc rửa CIP và phù hợp dây chuyền thực phẩm, đồ uống, mỹ phẩm và dược.
