Chọn bơm vệ sinh theo bộ ba
Bơm vệ sinh chọn theo bộ ba tính chất lưu chất (độ nhớt · nhạy cắt · hạt) × yêu cầu vệ sinh (EHEDG · 3-A · CIP/SIP) × kiểu bơm. Thân luôn là AISI 316L; điểm khác biệt là kiểu bơm. Hai bảng dưới ánh xạ nhanh lưu chất sang kiểu bơm phù hợp.

A centrifugal pump designed for high-hygiene industries: inox 316L, polished surfaces with low roughness, drainable design with no dead zones, sanitary seals, compliant with EHEDG/3-A/FDA and cleanable in place via CIP/SIP.
EHEDG (Europe) and 3-A (USA) are hygienic design standards for food equipment; FDA regulates safe food-contact materials. Sanitary pumps comply with these standards depending on configuration.
CIP (Cleaning In Place) is in-place cleaning using circulated solution; SIP (Sterilization In Place) is in-place sterilization using steam — both clean without disassembling the pump, reducing cross-contamination.
Standard pumps do not guarantee safe product-contact materials, have dead zones where product can pool, and are difficult to clean via CIP/SIP — increasing the risk of bacterial contamination. Sanitary pumps are designed for hygiene compliance.
Product-contact parts are made of polished inox 316L (Ra ≤ ~0.8 µm); seals and gaskets use FDA-compliant materials (EPDM, PTFE, FKM). Selection depends on the fluid and CIP/SIP temperature.
Sanitary centrifugal pumps are suited for low-to-medium viscosity fluids. For highly viscous or shear-sensitive products (thick cream, jam), a sanitary positive displacement pump (eccentric screw/lobe) should be considered — TKT engineers advise.
