Which sanitary pump lines does CSF Inox offer?

Centrifugal pumps suit thin fluids at high flow and head but generate strong shear, unsuitable for shear-sensitive or high-viscosity products.
When should the TS twin-screw and M/MH eccentric-screw pumps be used?
The TS/TSM twin-screw pump offers high suction, low pulsation, CIP/SIP capability and bidirectional running — ideal for using one pump for both transfer and CIP, with flow up to 150 m³/h and pressure up to 18 bar. The eccentric-screw (PC) pump in the M/MH lines suits very viscous, particulate/fibrous products needing a large suction chamber or feed hopper — flow up to 200 m³/h, pressure up to 24 bar.

Bơm trục vít lệch tâm CSF MH là gì?

CSF MH là dòng bơm trục vít lệch tâm (progressive cavity / PC) hygienic của CSF Inox S.p.A. (Ý), phân phối chính hãng tại Việt Nam bởi TKT. Rotor xoắn quay trong stator đàn hồi tạo các khoang kín di chuyển đều, cho lưu lượng êm và khả năng tự hút tốt — phù hợp sản phẩm rất nhớt, có hạt hoặc nhạy cắt mà bơm ly tâm không xử lý được.

Dải hoạt động & cấu hình cỡ

Dòng MH gồm 5 cỡ MH 55, MH 65, MH 80, MH 100 và MH 125, lưu lượng tới 70 m³/h và áp suất tới 12 bar. Có cấu hình 1 cấp hoặc 2 cấp và bước xoắn dài tùy áp suất và đặc tính sản phẩm. Chọn cỡ theo lưu lượng và độ nhớt thực tế ở tab “Các model”.

Thiết kế vệ sinh EHEDG

Thân bơm AISI 316L với bề mặt tiếp xúc đánh bóng Ra≤0,8µm, kết cấu không điểm chết và đệm kín phù hợp CIP/SIP theo định hướng thiết kế EHEDG; vật liệu tiếp xúc đạt FDA theo cấu hình. Stator chọn theo nhiệt độ và tính tương thích với sản phẩm.
