Which sanitary pump lines does CSF Inox offer?
CSF Inox S.p.A. (Italy) makes sanitary pumps for food, beverage, cosmetics and pharma: centrifugal pumps (CS, CSK, CSM, CSA…), self-priming pumps (A, AS, CNH), SN sine-rotor pumps, eccentric-screw (PC) pumps in the M and MH lines, TS/TSM twin-screw pumps, and PA air-operated piston pumps. How does the SN sine-rotor pump differ from a centrifugal pump, and when should it be used?
The SN sine-rotor pump is a positive-displacement pump giving smooth, low-pulsation flow, gentle on shear-sensitive fluids (cream, yogurt, carbonated products, particles up to ~38mm) and very high viscosities up to millions of cP — flow range 0–100 m³/h, pressure up to 15 bar. Centrifugal pumps suit thin fluids at high flow and head but generate strong shear, unsuitable for shear-sensitive or high-viscosity products.
When should the TS twin-screw and M/MH eccentric-screw pumps be used?
The TS/TSM twin-screw pump offers high suction, low pulsation, CIP/SIP capability and bidirectional running — ideal for using one pump for both transfer and CIP, with flow up to 150 m³/h and pressure up to 18 bar. The eccentric-screw (PC) pump in the M/MH lines suits very viscous, particulate/fibrous products needing a large suction chamber or feed hopper — flow up to 200 m³/h, pressure up to 24 bar.
Do CSF Inox pumps meet CIP/SIP and EHEDG hygiene standards?
CSF Inox's sanitary lines use AISI 316L stainless steel, contact surfaces polished to Ra≤0.8µm, a dead-zone-free design and seals suited to CIP/SIP; with EHEDG/3-A certification and FDA-compliant wetted materials per the required configuration. Thông tin bơm ly tâm tiêu chuẩn thực phẩm CL-CLC – CSF

Centrifugal pump CL – CLC chuyên dụng chuyên ngành thực phẩm có thiết kế cánh quạt 3 rãnh mở lắp trực tiếp trên trục động cơ (trục mô tơ) để sử dụng trong nhiều ứng dụng công nghiệp.

Máy bơm được làm hoàn toàn bằng thép không gỉ AISI 316L đã được đánh bóng.

Bơm CL – CLC đảm bảo tối đa mức độ an toàn vệ sinh khi dùng để lưu thông các chất lỏng có áp suất thấp như: Nước ép, kem, rượu, sữa và các thực phẩm làm từ sữa… Với tốc độ dòng chảy có thể lên đến 50m3/h.

Bơm CLC cũng có đặc điểm và tính năng tương tự như dòng máy bơm CLC. Nhưng máy bơm CL được thiết kế cánh quạt đóng, dùng để bơm các chất lỏng sạch, không hạt rắn với cột áp từ trung bình đến cao (tối đa từ 30 – 50m).

Máy bơm có chức năng chuyển chất lỏng đến các máy thanh trùng, máy làm mát, máy lọc…
