The TS/TSM twin-screw pump offers high suction, low pulsation, CIP/SIP capability and bidirectional running — ideal for using one pump for both transfer and CIP, with flow up to 150 m³/h and pressure up to 18 bar. The eccentric-screw (PC) pump in the M/MH lines suits very viscous, particulate/fibrous products needing a large suction chamber or feed hopper — flow up to 200 m³/h, pressure up to 24 bar.

Bơm trục vít đôi CSF TS là gì?

CSF TS là dòng bơm trục vít đôi (twin-screw) vệ sinh của CSF Inox S.p.A. (Ý), phân phối chính hãng tại Việt Nam bởi TKT. Hai trục vít ăn khớp không tiếp xúc tạo dòng chảy dọc trục êm, ít xung và khả năng tự hút cao; bơm chạy được cả chiều bơm sản phẩm và chiều CIP với tốc độ cao — giảm số thiết bị cần lắp trên dây chuyền.

Dải hoạt động theo cỡ

Dòng TS gồm 5 cỡ với lưu lượng tăng dần: TS65 tới 20 m³/h, TS70 tới 30 m³/h, TS80 tới 50 m³/h, TS90 tới 80 m³/h và TS100 tới 150 m³/h; áp suất tới 18 bar. Chọn cỡ theo lưu lượng sản phẩm và lưu lượng CIP cần đạt ở tab “Các model”.

Vệ sinh & vận hành kép bơm/CIP

Thân và trục vít AISI 316L; chứng nhận EHEDG/3-A theo cấu hình, đấu nối vệ sinh và đệm kín phù hợp CIP/SIP. Vận hành 2 chế độ (bơm sản phẩm tốc độ thấp, CIP tốc độ cao) giúp dùng chung một bơm cho cả chuyển sản phẩm và súc rửa đường ống.
