What's the difference between the NSQ-2DHF(T) and NSQ-2DHM?
The NSQ-2DHF(T) uses a horizontal multistage pump head, reaching a head up to 68 m — suited to projects that need to push water higher or through piping with greater pressure loss. The NSQ-2DHM uses a single-stage pump head, with flow up to 52 m³/h and head up to 30 m — suited to lower-rise buildings with moderate pressure needs. Both share the twin-pump configuration and a dedicated NSQ-Drive VFD per pump.
Can the booster system be expanded beyond 2 pumps?
The NSQ-2DH line (NSQ-2DHF(T) and NSQ-2DHM) supports up to 2 pumps per control panel in its standard configuration. For projects that need more pumps or higher capacity, Dooch offers the OSC Modular System — a multi-pump modular booster system. What features does the NSQ-Drive control panel have?
The control panel uses a 3.5" colour display with an intuitive GUI. Each pump is controlled by its own NSQ-Drive VFD (multi-master control) to monitor pressure, each pump's status, and alternate operation — keeping discharge pressure stable and reducing the size of the pressure tank and electrical panel compared with a traditional on/off booster pump.
How is the NSQ-2DHF(T) installed and maintained?
The system should be installed in a covered pump/plant room, with power wiring matched to the control panel of the ordered configuration (3-phase or 1-phase). Routine maintenance should check the mechanical seal, the discharge check valve on each pump, and the pressure sensor; thanks to multi-master control, servicing one pump doesn't require shutting down the whole system. Hệ tăng áp 2 bơm NSQ-2DHF(T) là gì?

Hệ tăng áp 2 bơm NSQ-2DHF(T) là hệ bơm tăng áp biến tần trục ngang đa tầng (multistage) của Dooch (Hàn Quốc, từ 1996), gồm 2 bơm lắp song song trong cùng khung/tủ điều khiển. Thiết kế 2 bơm cho phép dự phòng và luân phiên: khi một bơm cần bảo trì hoặc gặp sự cố, bơm còn lại tự động đảm nhận tải để duy trì cấp nước cho công trình, đồng thời chia đều giờ chạy giữa 2 bơm giúp kéo dài tuổi thọ cụm bơm. Đây là dòng bơm tăng áp nằm trong nhóm Horizontal Booster Pump System của Dooch, khác với dòng tăng áp trục đứng (Vertical Booster Pump System) hay hệ module OSC dùng cho công trình cần nhiều hơn 2 bơm.

Nguyên lý hoạt động: mỗi bơm 1 biến tần, điều khiển multi-master

Khác với bơm tăng áp cơ đóng/ngắt theo ngưỡng áp cố định, NSQ-2DHF(T) trang bị biến tần NSQ-Drive riêng cho từng bơm — công nghệ do Dooch tự phát triển — thay vì dùng chung một biến tần cho cả 2 bơm. Cơ chế multi-master control giúp áp xả duy trì ổn định theo nhu cầu sử dụng thực tế thay vì dao động lên xuống, đồng thời tự động luân phiên bơm chạy — bơm nào ít giờ chạy hơn được ưu tiên khởi động trước. Nhờ đó hệ giảm được kích thước bình tích áp và tủ điện so với bơm tăng áp on/off truyền thống. Tủ điều khiển dùng màn hình màu 3.5" với giao diện (GUI) trực quan để theo dõi áp suất, trạng thái từng bơm và cài đặt thông số vận hành.

Theo datasheet Dooch/EPSSO, NSQ-2DHF(T) đạt lưu lượng tối đa 58 m³/h và cột áp tối đa 68 m (tần số 50Hz, phù hợp lưới điện Việt Nam). Nguồn điện theo model gồm 3 pha 380–440V (0,75–7,5HP) hoặc 1 pha 200–230V (0,5–3HP). Hệ hỗ trợ tối đa 2 bơm mỗi tủ điều khiển theo cấu hình tiêu chuẩn của dòng NSQ-2DH; công trình cần nhiều hơn 2 bơm có thể tham khảo dòng OSC Modular System của Dooch.

Vật liệu & đầu bơm đa tầng DHF

Theo công bố của Dooch, cụm bơm NSQ-2DHF(T) chế tạo bằng inox. Đầu bơm ly tâm trục ngang đa tầng (multistage) DHF gồm nhiều tầng cánh bơm nối tiếp nhau trong cùng một trục — mỗi tầng cộng dồn thêm cột áp, nhờ vậy đạt cột áp cao hơn so với bơm 1 tầng cùng kích cỡ trong cùng dải công suất. Đây là điểm khác biệt chính so với dòng NSQ-2DHM dùng đầu bơm 1 tầng (singlestage).

Chọn NSQ-2DHF(T) hay NSQ-2DHM?

NSQ-2DHF(T) dùng đầu bơm đa tầng, cột áp tới 68 m — phù hợp công trình cao tầng hoặc đường ống có tổn thất áp lớn cần đẩy nước đi xa/lên cao. NSQ-2DHM dùng đầu bơm 1 tầng, lưu lượng tới 52 m³/h và cột áp tới 30 m — phù hợp công trình thấp tầng hoặc yêu cầu áp lực vừa phải. Cả 2 dòng đều có cấu hình 2 bơm, biến tần NSQ-Drive riêng từng bơm và tủ điều khiển màn hình màu 3.5" tương tự nhau. Gửi lưu lượng và cột áp yêu cầu thực tế của công trình, kỹ sư TKT sẽ tư vấn chọn đúng model.

Lắp đặt & bảo trì

Hệ nên lắp trong phòng bơm/phòng kỹ thuật có mái che, đấu nối nguồn điện đúng theo tủ điều khiển của model (3 pha hoặc 1 pha tuỳ cấu hình đặt hàng). Trong bảo trì định kỳ cần kiểm tra phớt cơ khí, van một chiều đầu đẩy mỗi bơm và cảm biến áp lực của hệ NSQ-Drive. Nhờ cơ chế multi-master, khi bảo trì một bơm, bơm còn lại vẫn vận hành nên không cần ngắt cấp nước toàn hệ.
