Recognizing 10 Years of Loyalty – One Journey, One Source of Pride
In every company’s development journey, there are always people who do not merely work, but pour their youth and dedication into every step forward.
At Thái Khương Pumps, Mr. Kiệt stands as a living testament to that spirit – a decade of walking alongside, contributing to, and growing with the company.
💙 10 Years – A Journey of Trust and Dedication
10 years is not just a number.
10 years is witnessing the company transform 10 times,
reigniting the flame alongside teammates 10 times,
and 10 years of trust – loyalty – wholehearted dedication.
From the early days of hardship, when resources were limited and everything was built nearly from scratch, Mr. Kiệt was there – standing alongside colleagues to overcome every challenge.
Every project, every contract, every step in Thái Khương’s growth today carries the footprint of people like him – those who chose to stay and build lasting value together.
Honoring the One Who Keeps the Flame Alive
At the recognition ceremony, Mr. Kiệt was presented by the company’s leadership with a 10-year loyalty commemorative pin – a small gift, but one that carries great meaning.
The atmosphere of the ceremony was warm and moving: applause, words of congratulation, and the appreciative eyes of colleagues.
“Mr. Kiệt is not only a long-standing colleague, but also an inspiration for the spirit of perseverance, responsibility, and solidarity at Thái Khương.”
– Shared by a representative of the Board of Directors.
Behind Every Success Are the People
At Thái Khương Pumps, every success comes not only from technology, but also from the people – those who choose to stay, choose to trust, and walk the long road together.
Mr. Kiệt’s story is a meaningful reminder:
that every contribution, however quiet, plays a part in shaping the company’s shared journey.
10 Years – One Journey, One Source of Pride
At the close of the ceremony, Mr. Kiệt shared simply but with deep emotion:
“The most precious thing is not the number of 10 years, but the people I have had the privilege of working with.
We have grown together – and that makes every effort worthwhile.”
Thank you, Mr. Kiệt – for 10 years of loyalty, for the flame of passion, steadfast determination, and an ever-striving spirit.
Thái Khương Pumps is proud to have you, and proud to have people like you.
10 years – one journey, one source of pride together with Thái Khương Pumps. 💙
