What is the maximum viscosity HVDP can pump?
The HVDP series handles viscosity up to ~100,000 cP via a progressive cavity (positive displacement) screw mechanism, with head above ~91 m.
What is the difference between HVDP-LR and HVDP-HR?
The difference lies in flow rate: HVDP-LR achieves up to ~27 lpm, while HVDP-HR achieves up to ~32 lpm. Choose HR when a higher flow rate is required within the same series.
How does HVDP differ from the BT series?
HVDP is a screw pump (positive displacement) for viscosity up to ~100,000 cP and head above ~91 m; BT is a centrifugal pump with seal for viscosity up to ~15,000 cP and head up to ~61 m. Both are 316SS and FDA-compliant.
Does HVDP comply with FDA standards?
Yes. The HVDP in 316SS meets FDA standards and uses quick-release camlock fittings, convenient for sanitary cleaning in food and pharmaceutical/cosmetic applications.

Series HVDP (High Viscosity Drum Pump) là bơm thùng phuy progressive cavity screw pump (bơm thể tích) bằng 316SS cho lưu chất rất nhớt. Độ nhớt tới ~100.000 cP, cột áp trên ~91 m, lưu lượng tới ~38 lpm. Đạt chuẩn FDA, dùng khớp camlock tháo nhanh, ống Ø2in dài 27 / 40 / 48 in, nhiệt làm việc tới 82°C.
