One pump tube — many motors
The Finish Thompson drum-pump tube detaches from the motor head, so one tube can be shared across several motor types depending on operating conditions and fluid properties.
- Electric motor — Continuous operation, suited to fixed filling/dosing stations.
- Battery motor (cordless) — Mobile and cordless — available by line/model.
- Air motor — Infinitely variable speed, no electricity needed; safe for flammable fluids and handles high viscosity.
The cordless battery-motor option depends on the line/model — please confirm when requesting a quote.

Corrosive chemicals
Transfer of corrosive acids, alkalis and solvents. Sealless magnetic-drive design — no mechanical seal, eliminating leakage and vapor emission of hazardous chemicals.
Electroplating & surface finishing
Recirculation, filtration and transfer of plating solutions (nickel, chrome, acid). The ETFE-lined UltraChem UC line and Penguin filtration systems are dedicated to plating tanks.
Wastewater treatment
Chemical dosing, inter-tank transfer and neutralizing-solution pumping. The sealless DB/SP lines are durable with water-treatment chemicals.
High viscosity & drums
Draw from drums/IBC totes of plastics, glue, resin and oil. The HVDP screw drum-pump line handles viscosities up to 100,000 cP.

Bơm thùng phuy Finish Thompson dòng SF (bung nhỏ 41mm)
Series SF là bơm thùng phuy không phớt (sealless) thiết kế cho miệng bung nhỏ 41mm, chuyên hút và chuyển hóa chất ăn mòn trực tiếp từ thùng phuy 200L hoặc bồn IBC. Cánh dual-impeller cho hai cấu hình: bản thường (high-flow) đạt ~140 lpm @ ~15 m khi cần lưu lượng lớn, bản -H (high-head) đạt ~91 lpm @ ~25 m khi cần cột áp cao. Xử lý độ nhớt tới ~1200 cP (khi chạy động cơ khí nén), ống Ø41mm dài 27–72in.
Đặc điểm & cấu tạo
- Thiết kế cho miệng bung nhỏ 41mm, sealless (không phớt) với cánh dual-impeller — loại bỏ điểm rò rỉ của phớt cơ khí.
- Hai cấu hình hiệu năng: bản thường high-flow (~140 lpm@15m) và bản -H high-head (~91 lpm@25m).
- Bốn vật liệu tiếp xúc: PP, Pure PP-PVDF, Pure PVDF và 316SS — phủ dải hóa chất từ thông dụng tới ăn mòn mạnh.
- Bản SFS (316SS) có chứng nhận ATEX riêng, chịu nhiệt tới 100°C — dùng cho lưu chất dễ cháy/nhiệt cao.
