Đặc điểm máy bơm hút bùn đặc Schurco Slurry Z Series:
Suction port
Equipped with a large and solid-size clamp with a function that allows rotating the pump shell to every angle, the user does not need to shape it.
Propeller
The front and back of the propeller are designed by the wing. To handle solid particles with large sizes. With the function of reducing pressure on the gasket. And prevent the risk of solids inside the device. In addition, it also helps pump water circulation at the suction gate.
Pump shell
Z series dense sludge pumps are large, specially designed to reduce internal liquid velocity. Limit friction between solid particles with pump shells. Since then helps strengthen the life and performance of the pump.
Felt
Use the Expeller Felt (crew centrifugal) – no need to equip additional water felt.
Insert bearings, bearings
Z Serescopeable Z Serescence shell can be easily removed in the allowable condition. Large pump shaft diameter, the design reduces the protruding part at the end of the suction to enhance the span for the pump significantly.

Vị trí của Z Series trong dải Schurco Slurry
Z Series là dòng bơm nạo vét (gravel/dredge) xử lý hạt rắn cỡ rất lớn — nạo vét ao hồ, khai thác cát sỏi, bùn quặng. Trong dải Schurco còn có HPK (lót polyurethane/cao su, tới 4.600 m³/h, pH 0–14) và NPK/NP (gang trắng HBN chịu mài mòn, hạt tới 100 mm, tới 95 m cột áp) cho các duty khác — kỹ sư Thái Khương đối chiếu mẫu bùn để chọn đúng dòng và vật liệu.
