MBS S.r.l. (Parma, Italy — member CSF Inox Group) manufactures tubular heat exchangers (shell-and-tube corrugated tube) and scraped-surface heat exchanger (scraped-surface) in stainless steel for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. TKT is the authorized distributor in Vietnam.
Why corrugated tube efficient heat exchange
MBS developed the corrugated tube together with the University of Parma — converting laminar flow into turbulent flow to improve heat transfer efficiency.

Tube surface with corrugated profile instead of smooth tube — induces turbulence even at low velocities.
Turbulent flow
Turbulence breaks the boundary layer — increases heat transfer coefficient, reduces fouling, improves self-cleaning.
High efficiency, more compact
For the same thermal duty, the unit is smaller and lighter than smooth-tube exchangers — saving space and cost.
Thermal expansion compensation & hygiene
Corrugated tubes self-compensate for thermal expansion; hygienic design 3-A/EHEDG, pharmaceutical lines feature double tube sheets to prevent cross-contamination.
