THÁI KHƯƠNG PUMPS – A MAJOR PUMP DISTRIBUTOR IN VIETNAM IS NOW HIRING:
Engineer Technical Sales (After-market Sales, Spare Parts).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Promote and sell the company’s after-sales products: spare parts and consumables for pumps, air blowers, centrifugal separators, and other industrial equipment, with the goal of achieving profit margins and customer satisfaction in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
– Be responsible for selling parts and consumables for all types of pumps and equipment represented by the company, with the objective of achieving annual sales targets.
– Provide technical support to customers; follow up with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and grow spare parts and accessories sales.
– Develop the customer base and market share through cold calling and visits to target customers.
– Maintain a high level of technical and sales competence by keeping up with the latest product developments and techniques, as well as manufacturer training activities.
Ensure timely reporting and forecasting through the use of the company’s sales management tools.
– Provide prompt and accurate feedback or updates, and continuously liaise with the sales department and project team to optimize the company’s overall objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
– University degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automation or related fields.
– Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all levels.
– Ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, and CRM.
Preferred:
– Experience in selling components, consumables, and industrial equipment.
– Experience in B2B customer management.
