Thái Khương Pumps is Hiring: Sales Engineer – Industrial Pumps

Detailed Job Description

• Develop and expand the market for industrial pump equipment.
• Provide in-depth technical consulting to customers, supporting them in selecting the most suitable solution.
• Maintain and establish relationships with the company’s existing customers; seek out potential customers and projects in the general industrial sector.
• Provide professional advice and product knowledge on pump equipment (currently represented officially by Thái Khương in Vietnam) to customers and assist them in choosing the appropriate solution.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and conclude purchase orders. Track and support orders in coordination with other departments.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the team leader and deputy head of the sales department.
• Meet KPIs assigned by the head/deputy head of the sales department.

Candidate Requirements

• University or college graduate in engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental science, or related fields. Preference given to candidates with experience in sales or technical roles for industrial equipment such as: pumps, valves, inverters, electrical panels, air blowers, etc.
• Knowledge of pump equipment and its industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• High eagerness to learn and a strong desire for self-development.

* Candidates are required to research in advance the industrial equipment products that Thái Khương currently represents, as well as the applications of those products, before attending an interview.
