Detailed Job Description
The Sales Engineer – Industrial Pumps & Industrial Valves position at Thái Khương Pumps is responsible for:
- Managing product development for pump equipment and spare parts; establishing growth plans for assigned product lines.
- Maintaining and expanding B2B client portfolios across industrial sectors: chemicals, food & beverage (F&B), oil & gas, energy, water supply & drainage, textile dyeing.
- Providing technical consulting and product knowledge for pump equipment (Thái Khương is the authorized distributor in Vietnam) to customers — helping them identify the optimal solution.
- Preparing quotations, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. Monitoring and supporting orders in coordination with other departments.
- Submitting weekly and monthly reports to the Team Leader and Deputy Head of Sales.
- Meeting sales KPIs assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of Sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical-Electronics, Automation, Water Supply & Drainage).
- 1–3 years of experience in design / sales / engineering of related industrial equipment: pumps, valves, variable frequency drives, electrical panels, air blowers, piping systems.
- Proficient English: able to read and understand foreign technical documentation (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
- Strong communication and professional B2B customer consulting skills.
