🎯 Detailed Job Description (JD)
This position will be primarily responsible for the entire recruitment process and will participate in activities that build corporate culture:
1. Recruitment (Core Responsibility)
- Work directly with the Board of Directors and Department Heads to clearly identify staffing needs.
- Plan and develop recruitment policies, then submit them to the Director for approval.
- Directly execute and manage the entire recruitment process to ensure results align with the Company’s plan.
- Proactively search for, build, store, and regularly update the candidate database, especially in the fields of industrial equipment, pumps, mechanics, and engineering.
- Monitor progress and prepare periodic reports on HR status.
2. Onboarding & Training
- Receive and implement orientation and onboarding training programs for new employees (Onboard Training).
- Ensure that the Company Culture is effectively communicated to new staff.
- Proactively propose revisions and improvements to the onboarding program as needed.
3. Other HR Activities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan and execute internal communications activities aimed at maintaining and developing the Company Culture.
- Assist in evaluating the probationary period of employees, especially in the sales division.
- Contribute ideas to improve talent attraction and retention policies.
- Support other general HR activities and Company events.
📌 Mandatory Requirements for Candidates. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience & Expertise:
- Core experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, particularly in recruiting Sales staff or personnel for technical business, industrial equipment, or B2B sectors.
- Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics – Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Market knowledge: In-depth understanding of the labor market and effective recruitment channels, especially for Technical Sales positions.
- HR knowledge:
- Knowledge or experience in resolving labor disputes.
- Experience in developing internal processes and procedures.
- Experience handling social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), employee benefits, termination procedures, and periodic labor reports in compliance with State regulations.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Proactive and flexible working attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under recruitment target pressure.
