Founded in 1974, KAMAT has applied high-pressure water pump technology across a wide range of industries.
This pressure can be applied to hydraulic systems or converted into other forms of kinetic energy, such as high velocity. Ultra-high-pressure waterjet technology (at high velocity) is used across a wide variety of fields. It can cut, drill, grind, saw, strip, and much more. Over more than 40 years since its founding, applications for ultra-high-pressure waterjet technology have continued to grow, with significant potential for future development.
Today, KAMAT researches and manufactures ultra-high-pressure pumps, ultra-high-pressure pump systems, and pump accessories, consistently to a high standard.
With decades of experience, KAMAT has designed a variety of pumps with pressures up to 3,500 bar and drive motors up to 800 kW, capable of operating in the most demanding applications. KAMAT products are used worldwide, from coal mining operations in China to pump systems operating on offshore drilling platforms in the Atlantic Ocean.
