Development history

Bertoli was founded in 1974 by Vittorio Bertoli. The inauguration of the first factory in PARMA, Via Lasagna, focuses on the research and development of homogenizers.
In 1977, Bertoli participated in the first MILC trade fair in Parma-Parco Ducale. And then introduced the first model of the S705 to the market in 1980, the first sterile homogenizer for Parmalat.

In 1988, the following model was born with the number S/N 500.
But in 1990, the deal happened, and Bertoli’s was acquired by Rossi & Catelli. One year after 1991, the Bertoli plant was moved to another location, Vicofertile – Parma.
From that time until 2007, seeing much of Bertoli’s growth, Bertoli moved to a giant factory in S.Polo di Torrile Parma to accommodate the increase in production. And launched a new product line in 2008, called Michelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo.
Following that, in 2012 the S/N 3000 series was born. Marking a new turning point, in 2015 Bertoli became a proud member of Interpump.
In the following years, a series of new products were built and born, such as GALILEO, Atomo 3.0 & Quark series provided by Interpump Group.
In 2018, Bertoli introduced new technology in the field of high-pressure homogenization. A specialized machine for nanodispersion, nanoemulsion, and cell disruption – POWERED BY INTERPUMP GROUP.
