WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

A. PUMP WARRANTY POLICY

1. Conditions for pump warranty and product return/exchange:

  • Product found to have a manufacturer defect.
  • Product technical specifications do not match the requirements/information agreed upon in the signed supply contract.
  • The industrial pump product is proven to be counterfeit, imitation, or of incorrect quality or origin.

2. Conditions for pump warranty – repair – 100% free replacement:

  • The industrial pump product is still within the warranty period.
  • The product warranty card must be intact and unaltered; the pump Series and Model information must match the equipment to be covered under warranty.
  • The equipment and its components have not been intentionally disassembled, modified, replaced, or tampered with.
  • The information on the pump nameplate (SN) must not be erased or altered.

3. Conditions for pump warranty – repair – replacement with charges:

  • During the industrial pump warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to user error, all repair or replacement costs shall be borne by the customer.
  • During the warranty period, the customer failed to comply with the manufacturer's instructions/requirements/standards, resulting in technical issues.
  • Equipment damaged by explosion or fire due to external causes, breakage or cracks from impact; natural disasters; lightning strikes, flooding, etc.

B. PUMP WARRANTY STANDARDS

Applicable to all products distributed by Công ty TNHH Kỹ Thuật Thương Mại Thái Khương distributes.

*Equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Products are warranted provided the equipment is operated and maintained under the following conditions:

  • The working and operating environment where the equipment and industrial pumps are installed must be within the manufacturer's permitted technical specifications.
  • Equipment operation must comply strictly with the manufacturer's technical instructions.
  • During the warranty period, if any technical issue occurs, please contact the warranty service center immediately for resolution; do not disassemble the equipment without permission from Công ty TNHH Kỹ Thuật Thương Mại Thái Khương.
  • In the event that, after inspection of the equipment under joint supervision of both parties, the conclusion is that the issue is due to a manufacturer defect, Công ty TNHH Kỹ Thuật Thương Mại Thái Khương will proceed to repair the damage and bear all associated costs (repair, replacement, transport, labor). Conversely, if the issue is due to user error, all costs for repair, replacement, transport, and labor must be paid by the user.
