Content Marketing Specialist

Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)

At Thái Khương, content is not merely writing articles — it is the technical bridge between specialists and B2B clients. Your core responsibilities include:

1. SEO & Conversion Optimization

Responsible for keyword research, developing an in-depth Blog article system, and applying technical SEO On-page analysis.
Track and measure key metrics (Traffic, Lead, Conversion) through Google Analytics, Search Console.
Analyze B2B customer behavior and propose content improvement strategies to grow Organic Traffic and conversion rates.

2. Short Video Creation

Stay on top of trends; directly script, shoot, and edit short videos (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) covering product introductions, technical Q&A, and equipment operation tips.
Transform dry industrial technical knowledge into visual, engaging, and accessible videos.

3. Multi-Channel Content Management & Communications

Plan and manage the editorial calendar across Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo OA to maintain consistent Brand Voice.
Develop content for sales collateral (Sales Kit, Brochure).
Support internal communications, technical workshops, and recurring company events.

Candidate Profile We Are Looking For

College or university graduate (preference for majors in Communications, Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, etc.).
At least 06 months of experience in an equivalent role (preference for candidates with Marketing experience in B2B, Technical, or Industrial sectors).
Required: Solid practical SEO knowledge and proficiency in basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
Data-driven mindset (working from metrics), with strong familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, GSC).
Strong self-learning ability, quick adaptability, and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge. Able to work under pressure with a team-oriented mindset.
