1. Delivery
After receiving all the contracts of conditions, costs, agreements in the orders completely. We will proceed to shipment and installation for customer immediately or support the installation as soon as possible.
In order to create good condition for delivery and product is shipped to customer the soonest. Customer please provide exactly all the details and information of receiver and delivery address.
We have the right to suspend orders when the provided information is not clear; We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries v.v.. due to incorrect information provided by customer.
Delivery time depends on the type of product and your
requirements. All the details will be listed in the contract.
2. Delivery Commitment:
- Delivery within 3 hours for addresses in Ho Chi Minh city after receiving payment from customer. (For product available in stock).
- For other cities, provinces, delivery time is expected from 3-5 days.
- For remote areas, delivery time is expected 5-7 days.
- The commitment period as stated does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
- For urgent shipments, customer please inform to sale staff immediately for advice as well as agree on shipment time with delivery department.
3. Shipping and handling fees:
- Thai Khuong Technology Trading Co,. Ltd supports delivery fees for orders within Ho Chi Minh city area.
- For other provinces and regions, all the costs will be negotiated in the contract.
4. Service commitment:
Repairing when there comes incidents is an extremely urgent issue for customer. Therefore, Thai Khuong Technology Trading Co,. Ltd supports as follows:
- Technical support staff will be available within 2h for areas in Ho Chi Minh city.
- For others regions, technical support staff will be available within 24h to support and handle.
