C and CF series are new range of sanitary-hygienic pumps to satisfy the high standard required for food and pharmaceutical industry applications.

Designed to attain the highest hygienic standard, the lobe pumps are easily fully cleanable as to enable hot water consumption and reduce the use of chemical products for their cleaning

The materials used, surface finishing and all the characteristics of the design have enabled to get the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group – EHEDG and 3A certification. C series incorporate new front loading seals design for easier and quick servicing. In addition, maintenance is also simplified by a new external axial adjustment system.

All the parts that come into contact with the product are made in stainless steel 1.4404, pump body is cast with integral connections without welding. The rotors have been designed as to reach the best efficiency and cause less damage to the product at the same time. Two kinds of rotors are so far proposed: four-lobes and dual wing (bi-lobes) with new design. The design bearing housing in nickel-plated cast iron, sturdy and compact with roundish profile and equipped with feet for horizontal or vertical (self-draining).

C/CF series confirm their reliability and safety having obtained the ATEX certification. They can be supplied in ATEX execution with classification II 2G kc T4, for installation in areas with presence of atmosphere potentially explosive caused by gas/vapour and inflammable liquids.
